- Our faculty is excited to bring you our annual Halloween Carpool tomorrow! It should be reel-y fun! We are pretty sure this year’s carpool will be a blockbuster! We can’t wait to hear your reviews!
- Pig Day is this Sunday, November 3! Come and enjoy some Men's Club cuisine this Sunday at St. Louis from 11:30 am-6:00 pm in the dining hall. Check out the menu in today’s Wednesday Wire.
- Winter uniforms only are permitted beginning Monday, November 4. This means that K-6 boys should wear pants and not shorts with their uniform. Additionally, the PE sweats should be worn on cold weather days for all students. If the temperature is above 50 degrees PE sweatshirts and sweatpants are not mandatory.
- Homeroom pictures will be taken on Wednesday morning, November 6. All students should be in full uniform on this day. If your child has PE on Wednesday, November 6, please have him/her wear the school uniform instead. Students will wear their school uniform for PE. Junior high boys should be in white shirts and ties.
- Aftercare Early Closings:
- Aftercare will close at 5:00 PM TOMORROW, Thursday, October 31 so students can spend time Trick-or-Treating with family and friends!
- Aftercare will close at 4:30 PM on Friday, November 22 due to the gyms being used for the Craft Fair set up.
Reminders
- All students and parents are invited and encouraged to attend our annual Open House THIS Sunday, November 3 from 1:15-2:15 pm. Come see what Life as a Cardinal is all about, visit our school, meet our teachers, and see the amazing work of our incredible students!
- Our St. Louis counseling department is once again partnering with the CBHS counseling department for an amazing opportunity for our parents. Please make plans to join us on Thursday, November 7 in the Clunan Center for a screening of /the social dilemma_ followed by an expert panel discussion. See Wednesday Wire for more details.
- Crazy for Our Country is Friday, November 8. Through this day the Student Council will be raising money for Folds of Honor. Folds of Honor provides scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled service members and all first responders. There is a class competition! - Join us for Memphis Tigers Football while supporting a fundraiser for St. Louis School! Witness the Memphis Tigers take on Rice on Friday, November 8, where every ticket sold contributes to enhancing the educational experience for the students of St. Louis School. The homeroom that sells the most tickets will get a special visit from Pouncer and Memphis Pom/Cheer who will deliver Crumbl Cookies to the entire class! - The SLS Student Council will be hosting our annual Veteran's Day celebration this year on Monday, November 11. We are hoping to have many of our family members join us on this special day as we honor those who serve and have served. Please invite your veterans to our celebration.
