Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held TOMORROW, Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 PM in the teacher’s classroom. Conferences are by appointment only.

Home and School’s February Spirit Day is with Nothing Bundt Cakes. Orders Pick Up at Park & Pick Up this Thursday, February 12, just in time for Valentines Day!

Seventh grades students are collecting canned goods for a STEM service project, Cans for Compassion. Please see the Wednesday Wire for details of how you can help!

STEM Family Night is Thursday, February 25. All families are invited. Come see the sixth grade STEM Fair and celebrate our winners. Grade level STEM projects will also be on display. The Green Beetle and 901 East and Treats food trucks will be on site to provide dinner! We hope to see everyone there to see the hard work of our students!

Reminders

At dismissal, there are only two options for pick-up:

- Carpool Line: You may drive through our carpool line, and we will place your child in your car.
- Park and Pick-Up: You may park your car and meet your child at the designated Park and Pick-Up location on the Dining Hall steps.

For safety reasons, please do not walk up to the carpool/breezeway area or wait outside the school/church doors to pick up your child. Only teachers should be in the carpool and breezeway areas to ensure a controlled and secure dismissal process.

Our annual on campus Book Fair has been rescheduled for February 18-20. The online book store will remain open until then at https://literati.com/store/?school=saint-louis-school-memphis-tn.

Our Grades 1–8 Grandparents’ Day has been rescheduled to Friday, February 20. This day will be a schoolwide half day.

Due to the inclement weather, Diocesan leadership and the Memphis Grizzlies have made the decision to postpone our Catholic Night with the Grizzlies. We are excited to announce that we have officially reset Catholic night with the Grizzlies for Wednesday March 4^that 7:00 PM. On this special night we will still have all our fan experiences and giveaways aligned with what was already expected. You will still see your tickets for tonight’s game and those tickets are still valid should you choose to attend tonight. Within the next one to two weeks, you will receive communication from the Grizzlies once your Wednesday, March 4^th tickets have been added to your account. No action is required from you. Your seating for March 4 will be in approximately the same location as your original purchase.
