- The 18th Annual Mardi Gras Dinner & Parade is THIS Saturday night, February 22 and it is still on! Dinner begins at 5:30 pm in the Dining Hall featuring authentic New Orleans jambalaya and muffalettas and king cake. Hot dogs are available for children. The parade begins at 7:30 pm and will feature the CBHS Jazz Band, Memphis Police Department, Grizzlies Drumline, and Memphis Tiger Cheerleaders. Come eat some amazing food, catch some beads, and celebrate Mardi Gras with your St. Louis family!
- Adult volunteers are needed for the Men’s Club Mardi Gras dinner to help with food prep in the Dining Hall kitchen on Friday night, February 21 and on Saturday, February 22 to help serve food and clean To volunteer sign-up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0A4AAAAC22A1FE3-55149478-2025#/
- Today was supposed to be the hoodie pass day for families who purchased the passes at this year’s Home and School Auction. Since today was a snow day, the hoodie day will now be next Wednesday, February 26.
- St. Louis Summer Camps registration information and dates are coming soon!
- STEM Family Night is next Thursday, February 27. All families are invited. Come see the sixth grade STEM Fair and celebrate our winners. Grade level STEM projects will also be on display. The Green Beetle and Pok Cha food trucks will be on site to provide dinner! We hope to see everyone there to see the hard work of our students!
Reminders
- As cold and flu season continues, we kindly remind you to take precautions to help keep our school community healthy. Please encourage frequent handwashing, covering coughs and sneezes, and keeping your child home if they are feeling unwell. If your child has a fever, vomiting, or other flu-like symptoms, please keep them home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all!
- As a reminder, we still permit students to bring water bottles to school, but for safety and noise reasons, please do not send metal water bottles.
