- Tonight, October 16, is Spirit Night at Jason’s Deli from 4:00-9:00 PM. Order online using code FUND20 or present the flyer found in Wednesday Wire so St. Louis School gets credit! Come get a delicious meal while supporting St. Louis School!
- School pictures were sent home today. All families are asked to submit picture orders or return unpurchased pictures to your child’s homeroom teacher by Wednesday, October 23. DO NOT send in payment. You will be billed for your picture order through FACTS. If no orders or pictures are returned by Wednesday, we will assume you are keeping the whole package, and we will bill you for Package #1 ($25.00) through FACTS. If your child is having pictures retaken, please turn in the original pictures so you are not charged.
- Make-Up Picture Day is Wednesday, October 23. If your child was absent on the original picture day, or if your child needs a retake, please send your child in his/her picture day clothes. Students who have their picture taken on that day can stay in their picture day clothes or change into their full school uniform.
- Tomorrow, Thursday, October 17, is a schoolwide spirit day. K-8 grade students will attend a pep rally honoring all 7/8 grade fall athletes. All students may come out of uniform but must wear SLS shirts only (spirit shop, field day, PE, etc.) Fifth and sixth grade athletes are encouraged to wear their sports jerseys. Shirts must be worn under sleeveless or mesh jerseys. There is no cost to participate in this day.
- Our Junior Beta Club is selling donuts for $1.00 each this Friday, October 18, in the dining hall beginning at 7:30 AM. Limited quantities will be available. All proceeds will benefit victims of recent hurricanes. Beta Club members will also be collecting monetary donations in morning carpool on Friday.
- Parent/Teacher Conferences are on Friday, October 25. The SignUp Genius to sign up for a conference can be found here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C45A5AB2FA6FD0-52298906-parentteacher#/. This link will close on Monday, October 21 at noon. If you are unable to schedule a conference because slots are full, please email your child's teacher to schedule a time.
- Our Charleston Wrap Fall Fundraiser begins on Monday, October 21. Fundraiser packets will be coming home with your child next week. Help us reach our fundraising goal!
Reminders
- Please consider donating candy for our Home and School Trick or Treat Trail this year! Donations can be turned into the school office until October 25. Please write your child’s homeroom teacher’s name on the bag. The class who donates the most candy will receive a pizza party!
